Northstar Council

A group of up to six DAO delegates responsible for supervising the DAO’s direction and long-term strategy to ensure it is aligned with the missions and constitution adopted by the DAO.

Scoring Committee

Strategic advisors in robotics, crypto, and venture. They evaluate deals, shape investment theses, and guide high-stakes capital deployment across the ecosystem.

Execution Engine

One or several DAO entities that essentially operate as the operational arm, enforcing governance decisions and promoting the DAO mission. Responsibilities will gradually automate and decentralize to a bigger number of DAO contributors.

Deus Labs

The DAO’s internal incubator for launching high-conviction ventures at the frontier of robotics and crypto. DEUS Labs supports teams from pitch to product, driving ecosystem growth and expanding DEUS utility.
