The Genesis Auction Model

XMAQUINA is a decentralized ecosystem pooling capital to acquire strategic Physical AI assets: equity in robotics startups, revenue-generating machines, and early allocations in decentralized networks. Instead of closed private rounds, the Genesis Auction uses an open, on-chain model where community members and venture capital participate side by side.

DAO Progress Report

Genesis Auctions 1 and 2 sold out in hours, with over 1,450 participants committing $2.5M in liquid crypto assets.

The DAO has begun deploying proceeds from past auctions to back Apptronik, Figure AI and Agility Robotics, all leaders in humanoid robotics.

Next up, the DAO is reviewing allocations to Skild AI and Etched, with more proposals expected as XMAQUINA expands its exposure across the humanoid tech stack. With governance live, $DEUS holders will continue to decide how the treasury is deployed.

Genesis OG & Whale Rewards

To reward early conviction, any wallet that joined a previous auction with any amount is now recognized as a Genesis OG, eligible for a 10% DEUS bonus on a 5,000 USDC contribution or 20% on 25,000 USDC, provided the same wallet is used.

In addition, new Whale Contribution Tiers are open to all. The rule is simple: the more you commit, the more ownership you earn, with escalating DEUS bonuses for those helping grow the ecosystem from the ground up.

How Wave 3 Rewards Work

Rewards are tier-based, not proportional or cumulative. Here’s what that means:

1. You only get the bonus for the tier you qualify for.
2. You must reach the full tier amount to unlock the reward.
3. Bonuses are fixed per tier. They do not increase with larger contributions unless you move into the next tier.

Example 1: Genesis OG Bonus

• If you contributed to a previous auction, you’re a Genesis OG.
• If you now contribute 5,000 USDC using the same wallet, you unlock 10,000 bonus DEUS. Alternatively, contribute 25,000 USDC and unlock 100,000 bonus DEUS.
• It is separate from the public whale contribution tiers.

Example 2: Just Below the Next Tier

• You contribute 49,000 USDC.
• You qualify for the 25K tier and unlock 50,000 bonus DEUS.
• Even though you contributed more than 25,000, the bonus does not increase.
• To unlock the larger bonus from the 50K tier (150,000 DEUS), you must contribute at least 50,000 USDC.

Example 3: Higher Tier Bonus

• You contribute 100,000 USDC.
• You qualify for the 100K tier and unlock 400,000 bonus DEUS.
• You do not receive bonuses from lower tiers. Only the reward from the tier you reach is applied.

Important Notes

• Bonuses do not stack. You receive only one reward based on the tier you reach.
• Rewards are fixed per tier. Contributing more within a tier does not increase the bonus.
• To unlock a tier, you must meet or exceed its minimum contribution.
• All reward tokens will vest linearly over 12 months starting from the Token Generation Event (TGE).
• You are able to view and track your reward tokens on your Portfolio page of the Genesis Auction Dashboard.

Preparing For Genesis Auction 3

Genesis Auction 3 opens on Monday September 29th, 2025. 

If you plan to participate, now’s the time to prepare.

To participate:

• Set up your MetaMask wallet or Coinbase wallet and add the Base network
• Fund it with USDC on Base 
• Ensure you have a small amount of ETH in the same wallet on Base to cover gas fees
• Follow auction updates on X and Discord
